一沓紙主要為市民提供免費的智能漂書服務，用戶可以隨時隨地進行網上捐書及預約取書，再到選定漂書櫃取書或捐書 。
OnePile primarily provides citizens with a free Smart Book Crossing service. Users can donate books online at any time and make reservations for book pick-up. They can then go to the designated Smart Book Cabinet to collect or donate books.
服務點(智能漂書櫃)遍布本港各大商場、屋苑及學校， 商業大廈同樣歡迎。

The service points (Smart Book Cabinets) are located in major shopping malls, residential estates, and schools throughout the city. Commercial buildings are also welcome to host these cabinets.
You can find detailed locations here (or you can check the locations on the mobile application as well).
用戶想使用漂書櫃捐書及取書都是費用全免的，取書以後你亦無需要還書，你可以擁有書本。
Users can donate and borrow books from the floating book cabinets completely free of charge. Once you've picked up a book, there's no need to return it. You can keep and own the book for as long as you like.
你可以進入一沓紙應用程式，參考即時漂書櫃開放情況及查詢存書及空格。
You can access the application to check the real-time availability and inquire about book storage and available spaces.

① 揀選 <捐書>
Select "Donate Book."
② 掃描書本ISBN 或手動輸入資料
Scan the book's ISBN or manually enter the book's information.
③ 完成程序後，你將獲得捐書憑證 QR CODE
You will receive a donation certificate QR code after completion.
④ 到所揀選的漂書櫃，按下屏幕的<捐書>鍵
Go to the chosen cabinet and press the "Donate Book" button on the screen.
⑤ 掃描QR CODE，櫃門隨時打開
Scan the QR code, and the cabinet door will open.
⑥ 放入正確的捐書，然後關門，完成！
Place the book in the designated spot, close the door, and done!

- 請在完成捐書程序2小時內到漂書櫃漂出書本
Please visit the cabinet to donate the book within 2 hours of completing the donation process.
- 每個帳戶每日只能捐書6本
Each account can donate a maximum of 6 books per day.
你可以跟隨以下步驟進行智能漂書：
Please follow the steps for smart book crossing:
① 瀏覽想取書的書櫃，並選擇心儀書本
To browse the book cabinet and select the desired book.
② 揀選並進行預約
Select and make a reservation.
③ 完成程序後，你將獲得取書憑證 QR CODE
You will receive a pick up certificate QR code after completion.
④ 到所揀選的漂書櫃，按下屏幕的<取書>鍵
Go to the chosen cabinet and press the "Pick up Book" button on the screen.
⑤ 掃描QR CODE，櫃門隨時打開
Scan the QR code, and the cabinet door will open.
⑥ 取出書本，然後關門，完成！
Take out the book from the designated spot, close the door, and done!

- 請在完成捐書程序48小時內到漂書櫃取出書本
Please visit the cabinet to donate the book within 48 hours of completing the reservation.
- 每個帳戶每日只能取書3本
Each account can reserve a maximum of 3 books per day for pick up.
由於櫃格尺寸所限，書本在以下尺寸以下方能捐出：
Due to the limited size of the compartments, books can only be donated if they meet the following dimensions:
厚度：4cm以內
Thickness: Within 4cm
高及闊度：29cm X 24.5 cm 內
Height and width: Within 29cm x 24.5cm
漂書櫃容許用戶捐贈和選擇代表不同文化、觀點和經驗的書籍，惟不接受以下書本捐贈：
Our service allow users to donate and choose books that represent different cultures, perspectives, and experiences. However, the following book donations are not accepted :
① 嚴重損壞、缺頁、泛黃、太殘舊及過時
Severely damaged, missing pages, yellowed, excessively worn, or outdated books.
② 沒有ISBN之書本
Books without an ISBN.
③ 含有不當內容如情色暴力、具有冒犯性或歧視性之刊物
Publications containing inappropriate content such as erotica, violence, offensive or discriminatory material.
④ 宣傳宗教或主張政治之書本
Books promoting religious or political ideologies.
⑤ 5年或以上的旅遊書本
Travel books that are 5 years or older.
⑥ 課本練習或教書課本
Exercise or textbook materials. ⑦ 雜誌
Magazine
⑧ 侵犯版權或知識產權，不符合本港法律
Violate copyright or intellectual property rights and are in conflict with local laws
如發現多次不當使用漂書服務，一沓紙團隊有權抽走不當書本並凍結多次違規者之帳戶，帳戶使用者需自行電郵一沓紙解釋情況以解封帳戶。
If multiple instances of improper use of the service are detected, the team reserves the right to remove inappropriate books and freeze the accounts of repeat violators. Account users will need to email to explain the situation and have their accounts reinstated.
我們正籌備與不同商店合作，推出以積分換禮品計劃。 如有進一步消息會於社交媒體公布。
We are currently preparing to collaborate with different stores to launch a rewards program where points can be exchanged for gifts. Further updates will be announced on social media.
公眾版 Public Version： 任何人士都能使用該漂書櫃
Anyone can use the book cabinet.
住宅版 Private Version： 又分學校及住宅內 Divided into schools and residential areas:
- 學校： 一般不對外開放，只供學校學生及教師使用
- Schools: Generally not open to the public, only for use by students and teachers.
- 住宅內： 只開放供住戶使用，住戶需要進行綁定程序
- Residential Areas: Only available for residents, who need to complete a binding process.
由於住宅版漂書櫃只開放予住戶使用，為保障住戶私隱及安全及防止非住戶誤闖私人屋苑範圍，住戶在首次使用住宅版漂書機前，需要先到漂書櫃掃描綁定二維碼。
To protect residents' privacy and security, and to prevent non-residents from accessing private estates, residents must first scan the binding QR code at the book cabinet before using it for the first time.
① 下載一沓紙應用程式（綁定功能只適用於應用程式）
Download the OnePile app (The binding function is only available in the app).
② 在首次預約捐書或取書前，先要利用應用程式右上角的掃描器，掃描漂書櫃綁定二維碼
Before making your first appointment to donate or borrow books, use the scanner in the top right corner of the app to scan the binding QR code for the book cabinet.
③ 確定及成功綁定
Confirm and successfully bind the QR code.
綁定二維碼已刊在漂書櫃的屏幕海報上，你亦可以在大堂佈告欄上尋找相關海報。
The binding QR code is displayed on the poster on the cabinet's screen, and you can also find related posters on the lobby notice board.
出現此情況或基於以下可能： These situations may occur or be based on the following possibilities: ① 書本被曾經取出，然而因為書本不是用戶所期望的，就放回櫃內，並未為書本重新登記 The book was taken out before, but because it was not what the user expected, it was put back in the shelf without being re-registered. ② 同一時間放置了兩本書本，下一位預約者只取走系統內識別的書本，遺留了另一本 Two books were placed at the same time, and the next reservation holder only took the book recognized by the system, leaving the other book behind.

由於漂書櫃現時採用用戶自助方式運作，在一定程度上受用戶的行為影響，仍會出現一定的系統出現資訊不對稱情況，你的行動將幫助我們很多，感謝你的協助。
As the cabinets operate on a self-service basis, it is to some extent influenced by user behavior, and there may still be certain cases of information asymmetry in the system. Your actions are greatly appreciated! We are glad to have your assistance.
出現此情況或基於以下可能： These situations may occur or be based on the following possibilities: ① 書本已被他人取走，但此訊息因不同情況而未能上傳至雲端，導致系統未能識別並遺憾地在48小時後，將書本重新放出供他人預約 The book has been taken by someone else, but due to different circumstances, the information was not uploaded to the cloud, resulting in the system being unable to recognize it. Unfortunately, after 48 hours, the book will be released again for others to reserve.
② 用戶登記後並沒有捐出書本
User did not donate the book
由於漂書櫃現時採用用戶自助方式運作，在一定程度上受用戶的行為影響，仍會出現一定的系統出現資訊不對稱情況。我們將定期安排整理員到場整理書格，竭力減少此類問題，如有不便，敬請原諒。 As the cabinets operate on a self-service basis, it is to some extent influenced by user behavior, and there may still be certain cases of information asymmetry in the system. We will arrange regular attendants to organize the shelves and strive to minimize such issues. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
每個二維碼只能掃描一次， 請再次為你的捐書進行登記。 Each QR code can only be scanned once. Please register your book donation again.

請檢查掃描器是否對準ISBN號碼 Please check if the scanner is aligned with the ISBN number.
如掃描器沒有反應，請離開應用程式，重新嘗試
If the scanner does not respond, please exit the application and try again.
太可惜了！你可以：
What a pity! You can still:
① 如果預約者在指定時間內沒有去取書，就會重新釋放出出來讓其他用戶預約，可以留意這兩天會否重新釋放
If the reservation holder does not pick up the book within the designated time, it will be released again for other users to reserve. You can check if it will be released again in the next two days.
② 如被人取走以後，可以留意會否有其他人漂出相同的書本
After a book is taken by someone else, you can check if the same book is donated by others.
③ 若你留意到該書本長期被預約而無人領取，可以再次與我們聯絡，若該書本是被同一位用戶多次預約，我們將嘗試與該用戶交涉
If you notice that a book has been reserved for a long time without being picked up, you can contact us. If the book has been reserved multiple times by the same user, we will try to negotiate with the user.
